What is SAUTIplus?

SAUTIplus is the home of exclusive entertainment like no other. After you have chosen your desired plan and subscribed to access SAUTIplus TV. Basing on your chosen plan, you will have access to everything in the SAUTIplus streaming library for a specific amount of time. You can unsubscribe at any time, terms and conditions apply.


We have two different live TV plans to choose from:

  • Standard - UGX 10,000
  • Basic - UGX 3,800

How much does SAUTIplus TV cost?

SAUTIplus TV has 2modese of payment, you can choose the monthly subscription plan that goes for UGX 10,000 (Standard) or Pay per view where you can pay to watch a single episode UGX 3800 (Basic), series or movie.

How to pay for SAUTIplus TV?

You can use a Visa card, Mastercard, PayPal and mobile payment( MTN and Airtel). A payment method is deemed valid depending on your location.

Can I pay for SAUTIplus TV with cash?

SAUTIplus TV is an online platform that restricts payments to online payment options. These are: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Mobile money payment only.

Can I pay for more than one month at a time?

The payment mode for SAUTIplus TV only allows monthly payment. A month is taken to be 30 days thus your payment is valid for 30 days from the day and time you make payment.

Additional fees associated with the monthly SAUTIPlus TV charge?

Access to SAUTIplus is dependant on the selected plan. No additional charge shall be incurred.

Managing Your Plan

Where can I see my plan and price?

Your plan and Price can be accessed at the user account setting section found in the top left corner of your screen or browser

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information either by accessing the user account setting section or these can also be changed while making a payment. Remember payments are not recurring on SAUTIplus TV

How do I change my billing date?

SAUTIplus TV doesn't have recurring payments, this gives you the liberty to choose when you can make a payment.

How do I see my SAUTIplus TV billing history or monthly invoice?

You can assess SAUTIplus TV billing history when you visit the User Account Setting section in the top left corner of your screen. Upon your request these can be forwarded to your email.

What should I do if I don’t recognize the charges on my account?

Resolving Payment Issues

Why do I see a message that there’s a problem with my payment method?

This occurs when your selected payment method has been revoked, this may be as a result of insufficient funds or incompatibility with our payment system.

Why isn’t my payment method accepted?

Depending on your region, there are accepted payment methods that are accepted by our 3rd party revenue collection system.
